Ioana obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and was a member of the Law Students Association (ASD), the law students’ representative association of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, being involved in a series of projects within it.

During her undergraduate legal education, Ioana actively participated in various internships both within law firms and public institutions, strengthening her acquired knowledge in different fields of law, such as Contracts, Civil Guarantees and Inheritance Law and, as a legal intern, she also accumulated both theoretical and practical experience on Commercial Law.

Ioana represents our clients before the courts in order to safeguard their interests and provides legal assistance before public and private institutions and also, legal advice in issues from various fields of practice, being focused on Civil Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Family Law, Insurance Law and Litigation & Arbitration.

Currently, as part of Trofin and Associates, Ioana represents our clients in various disputes related to pharmaceutical and medical fields, as well as in administrative and commercial disputes.
Ioana is fluent in English and has an intermediary level in French and Spanish.
