Bogdan obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and completed postgraduate specialization courses in Business Law. He is also an insolvency practitioner since 2005.

He represented private companies or individuals before the national courts and other authorities in acquisition disputes, in litigation with professionals, insolvencies, foreclosures, seizure validations, claims, corporate matters, in domestic arbitration, administrative and fiscal disputes.

Bogdan is specialized in Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Law, M&A, Corporate Law, Litigation & Arbitration, representing our clients before the courts in order to safeguard their interests.
